Customer service was great. Waiting lounge was great with vending machine that had sandwiches and free coffee/hot chocolate. Only complain is that an appointment was useless since you still have to wait over 2 1/2 to 3 hours for your vehicle.

We made an appointment for service and was not disappointed. Thank you for the oil change and other work that was needed. I would give it a 5 but we really needed a courtesy car sine it took a few days.
