Had appointment for oil change and to have a lane keep...

Had appointment for oil change and to have a lane keep assist indicator looked at. When I got there she told me I could only get my oil change done If I was waiting and I’d have to bring it back later for the indicator. Really upsetting when it would have only taken a tech maybe 30 min to realize it’s the camera that gm is having problems with. Could have at least gotten a order for the part if it wasn’t in stock. So now I have to schedule a day to leave it. This day and age of COVID does not make it easy or safe to get a ride to and from. Sad service after buyin a $70k truck. Might just take it to Tom bell in Redlands.

I was first 2 vehicles in line prior to open. 7am. Dario...

I was first 2 vehicles in line prior to open. 7am. Dario Gomez was my rep. I requested Mobil 1. 830 got a call from DG and said they can’t find móbil 1. Told him to to put other synthetic oil and veh wasn’t ready until 930am. Took to long and failure to keep customer informed by rep on vehicle status. Poor customer service. Also 2 customers without mask in pay area for over 15min walking around and weren’t told to put mask on.

The service was great. I had a warranty issue to where my brakes did not work. I believe it was a vacuum pump. Everything was was fixed but I was charged a fee for having my truck towed in. The truck was unsafe to drive due to a faulty part but I am being charged to get it to the dealer?? That’s messed up. This will definitely affect what and where I buy my next truck.
