The staff at West broad Honda under the leadership of of Aed Quarles (sale manager) is wonderful. This was my second time buying the car. In both the deals Aed played an exceptional role. I will not forget to mention Cory Scheiner and Tim Cartwright being very helpful.

Kevin Smith is wonderful! He is friendly and very helpful. We knew we would have to wait for a vehicle to come in and he explained the process. Also, Tim in finance is great!

Each time my service is needed I always go to West Broad Honda the same person has been helping me for many many years everything goes well he explains everything he treats me and my family so nice this is the second car that I had bought from West Broad Honda love going down and whenever I buy another car I will be buying it from West for Broad Honda!! Went in for vehicle state inspection. It was taken care of promptly. I waited in the QUIET ROOM. Every auto dealership should have a “Quiet” waiting room option.
