Bait & Switch

10/2/2016 - Rec'd telephone call from mike Dimella - Sales Manager in response to emails recieved from my bad review. He called to give us options on vehicles that were good deals that he hoped would make us happy. It was no different than being on the lot!! He put 2016 vehicles - new which is ok that were a higher price than what we went out to see and purchase. They weren't just a $1 or 2 thousand more - they were several thousand dollars more. He said he was just trying to make us happy and offer us something that would be $1500 less than we could get any where else. Conversation went like this: Mike: You have to read the fine print and the manufactures price. ME: I did which is why I called not once but twice to confirm the stock #'s listed and point blank referenced the T7001 & T7004 stock numbers - had the sales reps pull up the add and the stock #'s and asked These 2 vehicles even though higher manufacturers price will be for the $18677 + $1000 (additinal $1000 because we don't qualify for the trade in bonus). Both times was told YES. The Stock #'s - manufacturers prices and ad price were all confirmed 2x over the phone. I even explained I was driving an hour and did not want to waste my time. (Friday, September 30th they drove an hour to see specific vehicles - list of 10 that couldn't be found - weren't available and were not what the ad said. I didn't want a repeat.) Again, it was confirmed. Got up there and the vehicles are not on lot - what they called "comparable" vehicles were no where near comparable to what I was told I was driving up to see and get. Would have been happy with the T7004 with the 4x4 for the ad price but was never shown and not available - I just wanted them to honor what was advertised, confirmed twice over the phone and drove an hour to see and purchase. it didn't have to be the T7001 which was loaded but one of those two vehicles or same comparable for that price. Another response from Mike was that the ad states "as low as" or "starting at" - no it doesn't.! He also stated that the people answering the phones are not trained in "sales." However, if you call that number you are given two options service or sales - I picked sales. If they were not trained that is on them and since I now know that they are aware of the staff not being trained -it just ticks me off. I asked - will you take the lower price of the two vehicles and honor the price in the ad of $18,677 + $1000. and he stated NO. Bottom line became that Mike stated they made a mistake and are legally allowed to make a mistake. I explained they made the same mistake two days in a row with two different sets of vehicles and people. Once is a mistake but twice is a way of doing business and is definitely "bait & switch" Mike explained that it was ok that I thought that because they have attorneys that deal with this stuff for them all the time.

Excellent experience

My husband and I recently purchased a Ford Escape from Imperial Ford. It was our first time at Imperial and we were impressed by the ease of our experience. The facility is top notch and all of the people involved, from sales to finance to the General Manager were courteous and accommodating. If you are looking for excellent service and professional care, Go to Imperial-Maaz, Jeff, and Mike are there!

Great experience at Imperial Ford!

A little while back, my daughter and I went into Imperial Ford to see what she could get for her Kia Optima if she traded it in. When we got there, we were greeted by Maaz Al Nahas, who worked with us in getting an estimate. During this time, my daughter mentioned that she had seen a Ford Escape online that she really liked. Maaz located the car and we took it for a ride. My daughter loved the car! Maaz talked with us about the pricing of the car and answered all of our questions. I really appreciated how transparent he was about everything regarding the transaction. We ended up sitting down with Omar Ihjul, the Business Manager, who worked the numbers on the trade-in price for the Kia, as well as with the financing with the banks, to get us the best deal possible for my daughter?s car loan. We spent the afternoon at the dealership as Maaz and Omar worked with us, doing whatever they could to help my daughter purchase the car she wanted. A few hours after arriving to a get a trade-in price for her Kia, we left with a new Ford Escape, the car she wanted! We are so appreciative of the time that Maaz and Omar took to help this transaction take place. I would highly recommend this dealership, and these two individuals in particular, for anyone looking to purchase their next automobile. I will definitely be purchasing my next Ford vehicle from them!

Large Inventory

Imperial is a fantastic place to purchase a car...you will find what you're looking for. Wonderful sales and service. My sales person (Dave Bertulli) was and still is my go to person if I have a question or need help. Great place to shop for a car...there's something there for you.

Purchased car

Earlier in the summer I went to Imperial Ford to look at Ford Escapes. Dave Bertulli walked me through the lot taking time to ensure I knew about the options available. I returned to the dealership in late July and purchased an Escape. Throughout the entire process Dave was always available to answer questions. The time & attention given was great and his co-workers were always friendly. I would definitely recommend Imperial Ford to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. This is my 3rd purchase from Imperial and I will certainly go back again.

A year and half later, still impressed with this dealership

We picked up a left over 2014 F150 one Saturday morning last year in what I can only call a quick and easy purchase. At the time, Dean ?? was easy to work with and a simple straight talker without trying to blow sunshine up my aXX and we agreed on a price that I was more than happy with. Recently, I had a pulsing brake issue that when I called service, Frank B pleasantly gave me a date to bring it in and work was done right the 1st time and on-time. I realize that the majority of this credit should go to the tech that did all the work, but they're hidden in the back and I didn't get any name on my aped work to give him credit. Hopefully someone at Imperial will.

Service department

My husband and I own Ford vehicles and we go to Imperial Ford for all our repairs. We deal with Donnie H for all our needs. Donnie is great! He listens to our concerns and issues and he always takes care of us and he does so in a timely fashion. We trust Donnie completely and we will continue to go to him for any issues we have. He delivers 100% customer satisfaction all the time!

LOVE MY CAR!!

Mike DiMella and Mike Peters were great. They listened to what I wanted and then searched for my perfect vehicle which is an Escape. Mike Peters helped me navigate the Sync feature so I was ready to go Bluetooth before I left the lot. I would highly recommend using Mike & Mike if you are buying a Ford. Highly impressed.
