Easy Experience
The employees at Imperial are always kind and funny. Mike Peters was kind and patient with me during the experience. He made a trip to the car dealership, something that can often be stressful and often take all day, short, sweet and painless. Something that is not easily found. He made sure that I new what I was buying and comfortable with my choice. He didn't push a product on me that I would later regret and told me everything I needed to know about the car and more. Truly a salesman worth going to.

Great experience, Shawn, Al and Mike
Right from the start, there was no pressure. Imperial's dealerships are beautiful and the staff aims to please. While waiting for our new vehicle to be detailed, they provided lunch at their diner which was delicious. Shawn Goulet was our salesman, and he was great, even answering my calls on his day off. Sales managers Al and Mike were very personable and fair. I had a small issue and Al took care of it, no questions asked. I am very satisfied with the purchase of our Corvette and would not hesitate to return for future purchases.

Purchase of 2013 Ford Explorer
I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer and worked with Paul Prsybylek. This was our first experience with a dealership and Paul surpassed our expections. He answered all of my many questions and was so pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond by delivering my vehicle to my home and even offering to pick it up at my workplace and take it back to the dealership to have the windshield replaced and the inspection done. He then brought it back to me so it wouldn't interfere with my work schedule. I was extremely happy with the service that Paul provided and will absolutely refer him to anyone that I know looking for a vehicle!

Richard Borrelli was very helpful in telling me what my truck needed fixed and what needs to be done in the future. Good to talk to about what should be done next time I'm there. It was good that he let me thank the technician that performed the service on my truck.

Bought a new car
This is the second car I bought from David Bertulli at Imperial Ford. My friends and family have also purchased cars from him at Imperial. He made the experience easy and fast. He listened to everything I wanted in a car. He explained everything to me about what I was getting. Kim in the finance office was very pleasant and helpful. The dealership is beautiful and everyone there is pleasant. I will continue to buy my cars from David at Imperial and will refer people there.

Great Serivce Experience
I brought my Mustang in for service work and a recall notice. Work was performed quickly and professionally. They also called me with suggested repair items including brakes (they were making noise so I knew I needed them) and only did the work I approved without pressuring me to get the other items done that I didn't want to do. Donald was courteous every time we spoke, from dropping my car off, each time on the phone, and picking up at the end of the day. I always have a good experience when servicing my car here.

We recently purchased a Ford F150 from Imperial. Our salesman Jon, was great, be sure to ask for him if you looking for a new Ford. The service department did a great job with our recent oil change and tire rotation. The price was fantastic and it was done a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Imperial Cars.

Recall and More
Having recently purchased my F150 I was a bit dismayed that I received a field service action notice for a Throttle Body issue so soon. Having read the content of the field service action, it was clearly a preventative action, and necessary. Being from the old school (don’t fix it if it isn’t broke), I was concerned with taking the truck in, as this truck is running perfectly. Frank Best and his team were great. They assured me they had their hands around the issue, and they would get right on it. Well, Frank wasn’t lying. The truck was completed in short order, and because it was right in front of the waiting room window, I got to see the Technician is action. It’s always comforting to see someone treat your truck like their own. The Technician was efficient, and through, and even noticed that the truck need some additional service which I had missed. The free truck wash, is always a plus. I’d like to thank Frank and the technician (didn’t get his name) for the great, friendly, and professional service.

Poor Business Practices
Sales Manager Mike DiMella is why car salesmen get a bad rap. They do not honor the pricing they show on their website and instead blame you that you didn't read the fine print. They show a price in bold red font and even show you how much off MSRP it is, in my case it was over 11k. The fine print he mentioned is in very light font at the very bottom of the page. Very poor business practice and Mike couldn't be more proud of how they do business.
