great truck and service

My experience at imperial was top notch. Ian and Ali were awesome gave me a great deal on my trade and put me in a new f150 which looks amazing. Really genuine people that make the buying process easy and enjoyable. Thank you imperial ford!! Randy

Purchasing vehicle

Purchased a car with Bob Champagne. He was professional and very knowledgeable of the inventory. He did not pressure me into any business deal. He was a great salesman and we had a successful transaction. I look forward to any future sales at Imperial and working with Bob.

Appreciative

Knowing a holiday is coming up and I am traveling I had 1 last thing I needed . I needed service on my vehicle for my travels . When I walked in the service area was very busy. I spoke to Rick and explained I did not have an appointment a d the situation I was in . He was able to get my vehicle in and serviced. Great car buying experience!!!

Darren in Sales was very helpful and took care of everything with out hesitation. The whole experience at this dealership was incredible. I drove over 2 hours to do business with them and it was worth it.

Excellent Service

I was driving home from a recent work trip and blew a tire out. Rick and his team were extremely helpful. He knew I was on a time crunch to get home, and he helped me choose a tire and changed it quickly!

Quick service

My car kept dying and I had to jump it a couple of times in order to get it up to Ford. I was thinking I would be there forever because I didn’t have an appointment. I left the car and arranged for a ride. I wasn’t home more than an hour, when Donny called to let me know that the car was done. Needless to say, I needed a new battery, but was very happy with the ease of getting a diagnosis and the speed at which the car was fixed. Thank you to Donny for the prompt and courteous service.
