For my wife, I purchased a Ford EDGE 2015 loaded model from Imperial Ford with the help of Dean Childs, Sales; and Lou Carvalho, Sales Manager. They allowed me to take the vehicle home, show it to my wife and then bring it back. Upon my return to the dealership, I told them we really liked the car but the price was not in our budget. Lou said, "Let me see what I can do for you!" Currently we had been paying $350 per month on the vehicle we were trading in. Lou and Dean offered me a monthly payment (INCLUDING a non-deductible 9 year/150000 mile warrantee) under $400!!! It was a no brainer. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. In 2014 I was able to design my own Ford Mustang Convertible of which I drove away on my 65 birthday blasting my Beach Boys tunes as I drove home. If you are lookin' for a Ford, go H E R E!!!

I've had many experiences with different dealers, but Imperial Ford is by far the best. Donny goes above and beyond. I've had a lot of repairs done to my car, from brakes, to tie rods, and when my car is being serviced at Ford, Donny makes sure that I am receiving the best deals. I love how I get a coupon for a free car wash with my service. The little things make a difference, when deciding where to bring my car for service. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Will keep coming back. I would recommend asking for Donny!

Over the years we have purchased numerous cars and each time the process was painful and frustrating. However working with Imperial Ford and Ron Dulac in particular was a total turn around rather than a typical turn off. Ron is the essence of a fair gentleman and not a pushy salesman type. We purchased two new Ford vehicles within 10 months for myself and my husband and never hesitated to give our business to Imperial. We do not live close to the dealership but it is worth the drive for superior customer service and the confidence that the investment in our car purchase was going to be fair and that we were being given good value and honest advice. We have since recommended Imperial to several friends who were also very pleased with Imperial. I never thought I would be able to give a rave review on a car dealership but Imperial justly deserves it.

Once again I had a first AM appointment for routine service on my way to work and once again the experience was excellent. I was greeted immediately with no delay, my vehicle was taken in and serviced in a very timely manner while I was able to work from their waiting area. I was called to the desk where I was checked out and on my way.

I was considering replacing my 2006 F150 and had gone to a few other dealerships. At Imperial I met Ron D and we had an easy no pressure discussion about the various models available as well as the various deals and rebates. Ron was pleasant helpful and knowledgeable about the F 150 product line. There was no pressure and I was able to bring one home. Ian M assisted with the final negotiations and made the process easy. I would recommend both these individuals as good resources and helpful individuals. I feel they definitely did their best by me and I am very happy with my F150 Lariat.
