Very Happy A4 Owner

Jim Misciiscia is an amazing service advisor. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and he explains things well. Jacob was very helpful and friendly and got me into a beautiful Q5 loaner. Kern, the head mechanic said hello. The whole dealership was super!

Nick was very helpful to me and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. He really listened to my concerns and showed me that he cared. I?ve always been pleased with Audi Peabody, I bought my car there and continue to get service there even though the location is inconvenient to me. My wife and I went to dealer interested in the Q5.

My wife and I went to dealer interested in the Q5. There were none on the floor so we spent 10 minutes looking at the cars on display. Although there were 5 people sitting at desks, none approached us offering help. Perhaps because I was wearing jeans they thought I couldn’t afford their car. I was driving an Acura RDX and was a cash buyer. After being ignored for so long, we left the showroom. Of course nobody attempted to stop us. Not very good customer service for sure.

SR3 inspections and first oil change.

Long wait for oil change and inspection. Was not informed when I made the appointment that it would be taking over 2 hours. I thought that making an appointment would make the process quicker.
