Louis is a great salesperson.

Louis is a great salesperson. Knowledgeable on inventory, no hard sell, great to work with, prompt and courteous. Peabody location had lots of inventory. Very low pressure experience.

Great!

Great! Very knowledgeable staff, great customer service. Second time buying at this dealership. Would definitely recommend service department as well. Ryan and Matt were a pleasure to do business with.

Great experience getting minor work done here. Joe the service advisor was super helpful. Waiting area was great to relax and use the laptop. Highly recommend.

It's was my first time here, and I was very happy with the experience. Harley at Audi Peabody was very helpful in getting me set up in my new Audi A6 E-Tron Quattro. Very happy with the dealership experience overall!

On Thursday, August 7 I called Audi of Peabody and said I

On Thursday, August 7 I called Audi of Peabody and said I wanted to bring in my 2002 Audi TT for a better replacement. I asked the question do you have better replacement yes. When I got to my appointment, the young lady said I?m not sure if we have a battery for your car And I said I asked that question when I made the appointment. She checked and said we do not have a battery or have to do it or order it for installation tomorrow I told her what had gone on. She said wait a minute she went in the back and said that there was a battery available at Kelly Volkswagen would you mind going down there for them to install and I said do I have an appointment down there And she said wait a minute I?ll have somebody go down and actually pick it up. The only reason why I?m saying this Audi of Ira should have a process before anybody makes an appointment to ensure especially a battery for a 2002. You have one in stock

Pretty much all good.

Pretty much all good.What I don?t like is that I cannot watch my car while it?s being worked on. I also did not receive a video as mentioned in the invoice. Lastly, the invoice mentioned an incorrect ?License?.

I usually hate going to dealerships, but this turned out

I usually hate going to dealerships, but this turned out to be a fairly pleasant experience. The salesman was very helpful and he made me feel comfortable in my new car.
