Had a break in my schedule and called after lunch to see if there was any chance I could bring in my PriusV for routine service that afternoon. Mike Elliott was most helpful in accommodating me and by 5 PM I was driving home with mission accomplished!

I have never had a bad service experience at Team Toyota. Dan has been my service consultant for over ten years now and it is always the same professional consistent service. It comes down to trust and knowledge for me, Dan is always upfront about everything and keeps me updated throughout any service on my vehicle while it is at the dealership. While he is not the mechanic, I am always impressed by his knowledge of my issue. Professionalism like this is why I choose Team Toyota, for service or future sales needs. Let’s face it your sales team is usually present for a couple exciting stressful days of your life during the perchase process, but the service team will be with you for years, especially if you keep your vehicles a little longer than average. They are basically selling me my next Vehicle from Team Toyota because of the service that is always excellent.

The responsiveness of the team was fine, but it seems like there were MANY small items adding up to a rather significant bill for a check-up service. True the vehicle was in for its 100,000 mile checkup, but given that the vehicle was always brought in at recommended maintenance times, the reaction to the bill was "reasonable nickels and dimes" to an unreasonable total.

What I don't like is having a routine service appointment and some unexpected surprises come up that cost me extra $$$ when they are not necessary. Fortunately, I have not had that experience with Team Toyota. Although my complimentary service appt took just over an hour to complete, the waiting area provided helps make the time move along. Have had my RAV4 about a year now and it's everything I expected as a new Toyota owner.

I know, extended warrantees always seem like a scam, but it came in handy today. The tire was completely covered! Andy was professional and concerned.

This was my first experience with Team Toyota, but have always owned Toyotas. I would not hesitate to recommend Ira. He was pleasant, honest and knowledgeable.

The entire experience from start to finish was seamless and everyone was knowledgeable and friendly! I would definitely recommend Team Toyota of Princeton. We always buy used certified vehicles and we will definitely return if we decide to buy another Toyota vehicle.

The scheduling process was very flexible and accommodated my schedule well. The drop off and pick up at Service was seamless. the staff was very courteous and professional.
