Roger is very helpful
I started with emailing the dealer about price on a car I picked. Roger is very helpful in responding emails. I went to the dealer after got the price from Roger. It took me 3 hours to have the car purchased and out the car. Roger is very helpful!

Helpful and thorough in explanation of what was needed.
I was met by a friendly gentleman who took my car immediately and directed me into the service area. there I was assigned a service support person who later called me promptly with the maintenance details and accompanying costs. However, the service took longer than was estimated.

Horrible Experience
0 stars for this experience. Set up an 11am appointment for an oil change/tire rotation and arrived at 10:50am. Had a January service special coupon $39.95 which they said would actually be $69.95. I was told they would send me through the express which would be much quicker. As I would find out express is applicable to everyone and just a marketing term to make the consumer think they will be out of there in a shoet time period. So at 12:30pm after waiting for 1 1/2 hours I ask for an update on the progress. I was then informed they just started to drain the oil and would then rotate the tires. For 1 1/2 hours my vehicle was not being worked on, why couldn't they be honest in the beginning and set the appointment up for 12:30pm if that's what time they would begin the job? Dishonesty and broken promises are a recurring theme with this dealership. So after being told they've stsrtst to work on it I was then assured that it would be 20-25 minutes tops to finish which is around 12:55pm. Well fast forward to 2pm and that's what time they finished the very difficult job of changing oil and rotating tires. 3 hours!! After the 3 hours of waiting the associate then informed me the bill was reduced to $70 for my inconvenience. This is laughable as I was quoted $70 to start. So I cut my losses (or so I thought), paid, and left figuring this nightmare experience was finally over. Not quite. I start driving and reach 50mph and the steering wheel starts shaking violently! My vehicle was operating perfectly before I brought it in and now it's running horribly. Later I received a call that the wheels are out of balance so I would need to bring it back. Really?! 3 hours and supposedly you do a multi-point inspection, you rotate the tires but don't check that they're balanced?!!!! This is by far the worst experience I've had in any dealership from start to finish. If you're considering going here please reconsider unless you like being aggravated.
