The team worked with us on everything, and they were very personable. Finance was tricky because banks can be skeptical about financing an older vehicle, but they made it work and we left with the vehicle same day. They also did a great job on detailing the car. Follow-up is great; they respond to emails in a matter of hours. I would shop at this dealership again; no question.

I brought my Toyota in for 90,000 miles service, staff was on the ball and advised that there was an airbag recall that needed to be addressed. Although I spent a bit more time than I would have liked waiting, that was due to the recall not any fault of the service department. I'd like to thank Mike Elliot for keeping me apprised of the work as it was going on.

Worked with Eric on the purchase of a brand new Tacoma. For me this was a work truck and it was important I didn't have to take time away from the work that pays for the truck to go dealer to dealer. Since I was far from the dealer Eric and I were able to work out 99% of the deal over the phone and I got a price that better then the other two dealers I had visited in person without all the jerking around that normally comes with buying a new car. When it came time to pick up the car it was ready and waiting in the wash bay and as much of the paperwork that could be done ahead of time was. I came down on the train after work and in and out in 20 minutes with everything was as promised.

The software new software update to resolve the recall issue was performed was done within 45 minutes which was the expected time noted on the recall notice. Nice waiting rom too!
