I had my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace serviced recently at New

I had my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace serviced recently at New Rochelle dealership. The service adviser, Joe, was very helpful in determining the required service on my vehicle at that time. The service was completed in good time and I was very happy to find my Jaguar nicely cleaned and washed.

Mathew Murray , kind, courteous, respectful, and listens and cares about the needs of a luxury car owner. I have had such a horrendous experience with the Jaguar dealership in Brooklyn. They have not shown me any respect nor quality of service needed on a brand new 2024 Jaguar I purchased . I’m a single woman and I won’t state the obvious for their behavior. I felt as though I was treated less than and lied to on several occasions for no reason. I am grateful to know that I am appreciated and Valued as a customer at the dealership in New Rochelle NY. This is not my first luxury car however some dealerships and service department don’t adhere to standards . Outstanding customer service should be practice at all times. I’m glad to have found that now.

Horrible people to deal with in my humble opinion… Terrible service… Overcharge… Poor performance… Rude… Never ever ever again! then when you point it out, they throw you out!!! Absurd… I guess that’s the world today

I have been servicing my LR4 at LandRover New Rochelle for years. They have consistently delivered fast, courteous, and quality service and repairs. My most recent experience with Joseph was excellent.

My purchase experience was mediocre.

My purchase experience was mediocre. The salesman was fine but they rushed me and did not provide adequate information about the dent protection coverage. Also the new car (which they got from a nearby dealership after my initial visit) had many more miles on it (489) than originally represented (25) yet no one volunteered that information, apologized or offered a concession. I went through with the purchase but it left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I responded privately with identifying information and asking the dealership to call me if they wanted to "rectify these issues". I heard nothing, leading me to assume that the expression of interest they publicly posted was just for show and not sincere.

Totally Crooked - don't buy from them - they try to not

Totally Crooked - don't buy from them - they try to not give you your second set of keys to save themselves some change and they completely lie to you and do not honor their promises when selling you additional warranties. They lie specifically about: what is covered, what is covered by them, and how issues get resolved. If you try to get the second key your owed, they dodge your calls and claim there is a shortage. I waited months and had to come in and make a big stink to actually get the second key while there because they claimed it was a replacement key and not one of the initial two that come with the car. If something is covered under any warranty that is purchased, such as the dent protection plan, they dodge your calls (they don't return them even when voicemails are left), and tell you when you bring the car in in person that a different party handles it. I'm ok with all of it, including my time that they wasted by having me come in... HOWEVER, I am not ok with them ripping me off and don't want anyone else to be ripped off. They know you have money if you're buying a land rover, and they will exploit you and ignore your calls whenever it will cost them a dime. There is no accountability. Don't trust their finance managers either. I would have loved to buy a second LR from them if not for them being the sleaziest dealership I have ever worked with. And I've bought and leased a lot of cars in my day.
