Delightful experience buying new Impreza from Calin Varga

I had an extraordinarily professional and pleasant buying experience with salesman Calin Varga. From the initial calls seeking general information about Impreza makes, models and price ranges, to the personal delivery of our new vehicle to our home, Calin provided exemplary customer service to myself and all family members. He was extremely responsive, timely, respectful, knowledgable and accommodating and went out of his way to make me feel welcome and expedite the buying experience. I truly appreciated Calin's professional yet friendly manner and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. Calin does Lithia proud!

Service department is awesome!

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable people, fair prices. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect when I come to Lithia Subaru. I have bought 2 vehicles and will continue to do so in the future, if necessary. (I intend to keep my Outback until the wheels fall off, and then put on new wheels and keep going!)

Easy experience "Romeo" was a great help.

The experience "flowed" very well. Very happy with our experience. Also happy with how we were able to end our lease and purchase a great family vehicle.

How to buy a car in 2016

Michael Lien did an excellent job of communicating via email. Pricing via email removes the ridiculous method of dealing with a sales rep who "has to check with the sales manager to OK this price."

Reno Subaru--The Only Comfortable Lot in Reno, NV

I have chosen Reno Subaru over all other dealerships in three states. They are not only honest about what they know about their cars, but more importantly, they are honest about what they don't know. From start to finish there is no pressure of any kind, which is an experience I've "Never" had in a car dealership anywhere.
