The Reno Subaru service department has always provided
The Reno Subaru service department has always provided outstanding care to my 2019 Outback. Most recently I had my vehicle in for a brake flush and front and back oil differentials. The service was excellent, and Jennifer Casey walked me through everything from beginning to end and provided me with a loaner car for the day. I really appreciated the car for the day since I had a lot of errands to do, and the service was going to take 4-5 hours to complete.

ITEMS STOLLEN AT Service Center.
ITEMS STOLLEN AT Service Center... Richie was our service advisor.... When we called Richie made no communication or expectations that our car would be with them overnight… or for four days...after my husband and I persistently called to get our car back, which Richie was very hesitant to return our car, upon getting our car back 4 high end sunglasses (and prescription glasses) (Ray Band/gucci) were missing from the center console... also including irreplaceable jewelry. Items were not left out and they were in the center console of the car. Richie is not answering the calls, texts or voice messages....Brittany the manager lacks any sort of empathy.

So apparently you need insurance to test drive a vehicle,
So apparently you need insurance to test drive a vehicle, so if your first time buyer, they will not let you test drive the vehicles because you’re not insured. so don’t even waste your time going down to that dealership if you don’t have insurance. it would’ve been nice if they would’ve let people know ahead of time so you don’t waste your time out of your day.

Being originally from last vegas I've had my fair share
Being originally from last vegas I've had my fair share of con-men and loan sharks. I'll say they've got nothing on lithia Subaru. I went down on the 15th of May to try for a car, the finance manager said I was approved but because they don't like to get ahead of themselves they wanted to wait till everything was finalized before we can take the car home. Fast forward to may 19th we called even the finance manager and explained that it obviously wasn't gonna happen so we were gonna move on. He explained he had actually been trying to text us but must have had the incorrect number but that the loan was approved and he was waiting on the approval letter to come in within the next hour or so. As we get to the dealership he explains that they came in with a slightly lower interest rate and the payment would be a few dollars less. Papers are signed and we sign our title hand over our trade, cancel the registration and go about our day. Fast forward again to may 30th. We are called telling us that our bank statements aren't enough. My 1099 shows I make roughly 60k annually the IRS shows the same. They tell us we're to return the car, so I got and return the car, they give me mine but can't give me my title since it's already 5 on a Friday. Without the title I'm unable to register my family vehicle until atleast Monday. I call Monday to speak with the general manager and he explains it's not his problem and they're not responsible for the registration and that he lost out on his money because of us and it's our fault that the deal didn't go through. He also explained that it's not there responsibility to fix or even acknowledge that they broke the side seat cover on the drives side. Essentially told me to get bent. He didn't have time to deal with us since we weren't buying and it was our fault he lost his money and we should apologize to him. They are complete snakes getting by on the name and reputation of Subaru. You can buy a Subaru anywhere or the dealership can aquire one for you. Dealing with lithia Subaru is no different than dealing with and used car lot throughout reno. GO TO DOLAN .
