Usual excellent service.

Oil Change appointment was 0810, immediate response when I pulled in and job completed in about 40 minutes. Tech told me what was done and no problems found. I have 70,000 + miles on my 2010 Outback and still runs like new. All work has been done here. Traded in a 2008 Forrester, also bought here, for the Outback for a little more leg room. Very happy with the service done on both of my Subarus.

Good deal, pleasant experience

I worked with Michael Lien, the Internet sales manager. I named my price between my trade and the new car and he was able to meet it. He showed me out the door pricing including their doc fee and everything. It was a good deal and worth the 4 hour drive. When I got there, Troy handled my paperwork. He was nice and helpful as well. The finance manager was a colorful guy with an Eastern European accent who was straightforward, but did seem to bark orders at his employees. The parts department was great to work with and got me excellent prices after I purchased. The folks in service also seemed to be knowledgeable, but understaffed on a busy Saturday. I appreciate the speed, honesty, and efficiency of Lithia. My only recommendations would be for them to clean the restrooms more frequently during the day, offer more than just coffee and tap water in the waiting room, and to make their used car section more attractive. A salesman explained they don't clean new cars that come in on trade in case they end up going to auction as a way to lower costs, but it makes their lot look kinda shoddy. Overall, a very good buying experience with helpful folks.

Truly amazing experience!

Dylan Jurosovich made the purchasing experience of our new Subaru Forester most enjoyable! His "no pressure" sales tactic and knowledge of the products is a major part of the reason we purchased from the Reno Lithia Subaru dealership. The gentleman (sorry, I forgot his name) who provided us with the paperwork and documentation to finish the sale was most professional and courteous! The friendliness, cleanliness, and overall attitude presented at this dealership as well as Dylan's professionalism will definitely bring us back!

fabulous professional service AND a fabulous car!

I worked with Paul and Jesse to buy a Subaru Legacy. They could not have been more flexible and helpful. I got a great deal on a great car. I think it might be my favorite car ever! Jesse spent a half hour going over all the bells and whistles---which are many! My best car buying experience and I have been buying cars for 35 years.

Dylan Jurosovich was the sales person that assisted me in the purchase of my Subaru Outback; He was extremely helpful and oversaw the ordering and purchase in a very profrssional and conscientious manner. I am very satisfied with the purchase and the follow up that Dylan has provided.

1st Class Buying Experience

We bought our new car in January. My wife had done her homework and were out to test-drive some cars. We had the pleasure of dealing with Colin Varga as our salesman. Carlin took us around the lot and should us the two cars we were interested in with the features we wanted. We test drove both cars and Colin did a good job explaining the difference between the two. Once we decided on the Outback Colin took us on an incredible test drive showing us just what the car was capable of in the snow. Again taking the time to go over all the functions of the car. I have never had such a good buying experience, and would recommend him and the dealership too all interested.
