Worst dealership I've ever dealt with !

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with !! Looking at others reviews confirms what a slimeball establishment this it. Terrible people to deal with all around. Hidden fees, over priced , lying salesmen, no ethics. STAY FAR AWAY

I purchased a vehicle yesterday and the Sales

I purchased a vehicle yesterday and the Sales Representative was Stevin Burgos.He was very accomodating and professional during our entire time at the dealership. He explained every part of the process in great detail and was very informative. I will highly recommend Stevin to friends and family going foward.

We will never do business with Paramus Hyundai's Service

We will never do business with Paramus Hyundai's Service Department again and warn anyone who plans on doing so.. They grossly overcharged us ($7,000) for replacement of our sunroof which, while we were driving, became detached. This is despite the fact that in 2016 the sunroof was the subject of a recall and subsequently a Class Action Suit which was settled by extending the sunroof's warranty. Just another example of customer ripoff with little recourse.

They ripped me off for $415.00 dollars. Rude and very shady service dept. Take your car elsewhere.

Customer service is very important to you? Really? I already contacted your service manager Vivian. She’s useless, unprofessional and doesn’t care or honor Hyundai’s vehicle warranty. After buying two Hyundai vehicles there I think I should have been treated better than being ripped off for $415.00 dollars just for a diagnostic check. This is a Hyundai dealership not Mercedes…

Iggi was thougful and met all of my questions with straight answers. He got me in and out of the dealer with my new car, and ensured I was fully setup before leaving. He even waived me off the lot as I drove away in my new Santa Fe. Appreciate all that he does. David

I cannot recommend Iggi enough if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. As a first time buyer, Iggi was patient with me, explained every detail to me, and made sure everything was to my liking. Iggi was really great throughout the process of looking for a car and is very knowledgeable. I could not have had a better experience. I left the dealership content with my choice and comfortable because of this experience. I am really glad I made the decision to go with a Hyundai. Thanks again Iggi for all your help!
