I received a coupon in the mail, but when I presented at

I received a coupon in the mail, but when I presented at the dealer for service they told me I could not use it because it was for customers who brought their car this year. The coupon did not stipulate that on it. They want $50.00 for a oil change which is very expensive. All their prices are sky high. Some of the workers customer service was alright but one in particular was not. I went to have a part replaced under the hood of the car. I had to order the part and they charged me $195.00 for labor the day before I even received the service. The service rendered was 30 minutes of labor but was charged for one hour. I then gave American express card to pay for oil change, but was told they do not except it. I gave a $100.00 bill to Vivian at the cashier who tells me she do not have change. So, I tell her well how do expect me to pay for the service. You have up no signs saying you no longer accept American express and then proceeded to tell me you have no change. So, I said I will go get change and return to pay you for the oil change. Vivian says "oh no, you cannot get the car until it is paid for". I asked her so I have to walk on the highway to look for a store to get change? So she says that oh if this was a shoe store you would have to pay upfront. I told her her if you was a real business you would start your day with change in your draw for your customers. Lucky for me I had the keys to the car. She continued to give me lip service with her rude self. Another worker apparently had change for the $100.00 bill. I will never, ever, ever return for any service at this location. She definitely need a class in customer service. Firestone treated me better.

The dealership was very professional and knowledgeable- Iggi our salesman was great- we bought 2 Ioniq 5 cars from him in last 3 months. We love the cars and several people ask about them. We inform them to contact Paramus Hyundai and ask for Iggi! Hopefully you ‘ll still keep getting the electric cars in. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this dealership

Do not expect plates in time

Sleaziest car dealer ever. Said they would get our car registered in time then waited 2 weeks before they even stated the process. It got down to the wire, and they promised to send the plates the day after the temps expired but had no solution for us when I pointed out they'd be making us miss a day of work- they flat out refused to pay for a single day of car rental to rectify the problem and did not pass the issue on to their supervisor after several requests. Mo was our dealer, he's a nice guy but you can't trust a word he says. He constantly promises things he can't get you. After paying 60k including their 5k dealer mark-up, I expect better. You can't trust the good reviews either because they beg customers and say it could affect their employement, I call BS and bad management.

Iggi had the car ready to be test driven when I got

Iggi had the car ready to be test driven when I got there. He was patient, answered all my questions fully, and got all my paperwork ready in no time. I was in and out in about two and a half hours. He's fantastic.

I bought my first car from here. My sales person Iggi is super helpful and good at heart. He helped me a lot to find the perfect car. Brian from finance team explained the loan related stuff pretty clearly. I like their hospitality and highly recommend this place.
