It’s been a while since we’ve experienced a great sales person. Nowadays, people don’t even greet you. We have been to many dealerships where we couldn’t even get anyone to glance at us. We understand that the Internet commands attention and everyone makes their decision based on that but the Internet does not have a personality. Its always nice to run into someone who is excited about the product that you’re buying as you are. It was our pleasure to meet Iggi this weekend and then one of the fastest purchases I’ve ever made. He did an amazing job, we could tell it was going to be a different experience when we walked in and the general manager smiled from ear to ear like he was happy to see us. So some reason this dealership refuses to service our Hyundai Palisades because we didn’t purchase it from them. But they wanted to charge us an extra $6,000 when we tried to buy it from them. A formal complaint has been filed with Hyundai corporate, and now I’ll leave reviews everywhere. BBB complaint next and also will be reaching out to the Consumer Protection NJ Office of the Attorney General.

Ms. Annie Ramaglia took the time to learn about me, and really understood how to help my car. I can tell the service experts respect one another and want the best for the driver and their car.

Iggi was the best. He welcomed me wholeheartedly and gave me run down on how everything works. He allowed me to test drive and take my time with the viewings and decisions I had to make. Honest and great man.
