my previous car 18 Honda civic got flooded 3 weeks ago....
my previous car 18 Honda civic got flooded 3 weeks ago. talked to Iggy explained and told him the price range i was looking for. he got it right around that number. also very fast, was in Thursday the 24th at 330 was out 530 driving my Santa Fe home.

I bought a 2021 HYUNDAI SONATA HYBRID/SEL On 4/4/2021...
I bought a 2021 HYUNDAI SONATA HYBRID/SEL On 4/4/2021 from Paramus Hyundai. Here is my experience with The General Manager Rocco Auriemm and sales Manager John Sweeney. My cell phone keeps disconnecting from the GPS maps app on a brand new Hyundai, Sonata Hybrids Radio LCD screen. Paramus Hyundai service department could not fix. They sent me to Hyundai Motor Corp. They could not help and told me the dealer should be able to fix. I Went back to Paramus Hyundai and they still could not help. They sent me to the Blue Link group at Hyundai. The Blue Link group sent me back to the dealer again. The Blue Link group also said that an RDR report was not sent that is required for cell phone to work with the car. Paramus Hyundai would not respond to that question. General Manager Rocco Auriemma would not return calls or emails. General Sales Manager, John Sweeney assistant said he is busy but would get back to me. I called John Sweeney a few times and emailed him about 5 times no return messages after Two weeks from John Sweeney. I also worked with Nick in the service department and Tomas an Technician and they could not help. I also went to use my phone on another car mfg. who also offers Blue tooth and Apple Car play with my GPS apps on my cell, I tested for an 1 1/2 hrs. My phone worked perfectly and flawlessly with that car. So it is not my phone or cell carrier. The problem is the device in my new Sonata Hybrid 2021 which I bought on 4/3/2021.

Marilyn we spoke several times and we have email correspondence between the two of us already and you have my cell number as well. Why would you post to contact you? Rocco your General manager called me after two months trying to reach him with the problem on a brand new 2021 Sonata Hyundai. He said he will try to get an Hyundai engineer to meet me with my car at Paramus Hyundai and my IPhone . I am still waiting for his confirmation when this will happen. Maybe you can ask Rocco the status and get back to a customer who is having a terrible time with Paramus Hyundai able to service a car that is two months old. This below email was sent to me from Marilyn Batres one June 9th 2021 which was 8 days before she responded to this dealer Rater review acting like she never heard of me before with an on going problem. Harry, I understand it's frustrating being that you purchased a new vehicle and a feature is not working properly. You have opened a case with Hyundai corporate regarding this issue. You can reach out to Hyundai corporate and they can verify that there is an open case and update you on the status. Have them connect you with someone who can confirm that we are waiting on Apple. I apologize that Apple may have more information regarding the update than Paramus Hyundai, but as it is an update from Apple, we do not have as much information as Apple. You can reach out to Hyundai directly and speak to them regarding your doubts about the information they are providing you. Since learning about this update and the Hybrid model we are now making customers aware who intend to purchase the Sonata Hybrid. Technology is constantly changing and we are doing our best to keep our customers informed as updates become available and necessary. Damion Lawrence listened to what I was looking & what wasn’t important to me. He came back w 3 options that fit my needs & didn’t try to push anything I wasn’t looking for. He got me into a fantastic Certified Pre Owned vehicle that was in mint condition w super low mileage for an amazing price. It was the fourth dealership I had been too that day & I was tired of being jerked around. Damion was far and away the best person I worked with cause he was helpful, friendly, and not pushy at all. I would recommend him & this dealership highly.
