Came in to look at a used 2018 Kona that was advertised...

Came in to look at a used 2018 Kona that was advertised as CPO (Certified Pre-Owned). I asked Iggi Barreto to show me the 173 point inspection report and he said they had over 180 reports on file and it was too much effort to get it. He then said I insulted him personally by doubting his word that the inspection report existed. I said I did not doubt him but just wanted to see if any specific services such as fluid changes were performed since the car had over 67,000 miles on it and there were no recent maintenance entries on Carfax. He then said that I could see the report only AFTER I had bought the car and added that the CPO certification is an extra $1,295. I showed him a full printout of their advertisement/listing and nowhere in the ad did it say that. He then became irritated and said that I had wasted his time. Avoid this rude and dishonest used car salesperson at Paramus Hyundai and their deceitful advertising. Don't let his 4.9/5.0 rating fool you.

I bought a Hyundai Sante Fe from Iggi and I must say I never had a more pleasant dealership experience. The man was extremely knowledgeable and informative, had a great personality, and really took the time to address all of our needs. At no point did we ever feel pressured, pushed along, or made to be felt like we were missing out on something. On top of this, every other person during the process of this was great. No wonder the dealership decided to put his desk as the first thing you see when you enter the place, you're presented with the best as soon as you walk in! Thank you Iggi!

Sales: sorry to say after a sale is made..they could t care less about their customers..continuous voice mails, no return calls...even the receptionist would not provide the name of the manager..”he has 1000’s of customers!!” Service: scheduled. A simple routine oil change as part of the maintenance plan...almost three hours later...they never even touched my car because they were too busy getting prices for a new tire, which they claim was needed. ( I purchased the car 8 months ago.)after deciding the tire purchase, I went to my own mechanic,who removed a pebble from the tread which was smaller than a pea,..and said the tire was fine!

I returned to Hyundai of Paramus for the 3rd time to buy...

I returned to Hyundai of Paramus for the 3rd time to buy a car. My experience buying there & dealing with Iggi Barreto in the past has also been great. I was lucky enough to find Iggi right away when I walked in. We looked at a few 2021 Hyundai Palisades and he was able to find me one that I really liked. Had a test drive and then dealt with the numbers. Just like my past two experiences, everything went great & smooth. I took the 2021 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy home the same day. The car is amazing and my family and myself absolutely love it. Plates, registration & inspection sticker arrived in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend Hyundai of Paramus sales to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Aggressive sales technique! Beware! Processed a charge...

Aggressive sales technique! Beware! Processed a charge on a credit card when it was promised that the charge was not going to go through. Yelled at us for not wanting to buy our car there. Had a much better experience at Wayne Hyundai, where we actually bought a car without all the drama and aggression. Beware!

I will call you later today. I tried to speak to someone when I called about the charge, but Ms DeCarlo would not allow me to speak with anyone but Mr Damion. I even wrote to Mr Auriemma, who I believe is the general manager, however he has not responded either. Mr Damion called two nights ago, and got into an argument with me and my husband about my refund of the charge to my Amex, which has still not gone through. Dr M

Absolutely horrible ‘ A 60$k 2020 palisade has a blown...

Absolutely horrible ‘ A 60$k 2020 palisade has a blown engine . They lied telling us they test drove it and nothing wrong (we clocked the miles abs they drove nada ) Now they do the oil consumption test to find duh engine blown and they refuse a loaner car tell us it can be weeks there are 11 engines waiting (great cars huh ) and the only way we can get reimbursed for a rental is to rent a hyundai abs they will only pay 30 a day all in . That’s complete bull ahit if not a hyundai 25$ day ! There is no rental for those prices !!! Never will i come here for another vehicle .

If I could, I would give Annie Ramaglia 500 stars instead of only 5. She made me feel like I was going over my favorite cousins house. She's funny and you feel like she's on your side. She made sure that the tire I needed would come in the next day & it did. I don't know what else to say other than THANK YOU ANNIE for all your help & making me feel welcomed.
