I was definitely in my comfort zone the minute I was greeted by Joe. I anticipated being a bit nervous about purchasing a car without my husband by my side. The entire experience was fun and exciting for me. I love my Elantra and I would highly recommend going to Route 4 Hyundai of Paramus.

Felt rushed. Service was like being served by a bartender. Took an hour just to bring the car from the lot. Got no instructions on how everything worked inside the car. Got no inspection sticker so I got pulled over 3 times in 2 weeks. Dealership didn't even ask for my down payment money until I reminded them about it. To be honest there probably a whole bunch of other stuff the dealer and myself forgot to even talk about. In conclusion, the service wasn't terrible, but definitely not the best. Don't expect much for car dealships anyway.

I don't have enough words to describe how awesome Brian is!!! As I said I never fill out any survey. This time I had to take the time to express my genuine happiness with my experience. I have leased and purchased many cars. Including BMW, Mercedes, Audi...and I have not met a more professional patient and courteous individual let alone car salesman! You are awesome Brian!

Eric and Stephen were very knowledgable regarding the vehicle that I purchased. They made my experience buying a new car very pleasant. I will most likely return to Paramus Hyundai in three years when my lease is up.

Steve, 1 guy in finance (the one that helped me) was nice, the receptionists were nice. everyone else looks through you, no greeting, when I tried to get approved for a lease, I was declined, then the finance guy actually put effort to get me approved for a lease and he was successful. others didn't want to work hard I guess.

Buying a car can be scary but if you do a little research beforehand, you can get a good deal. A lot of places gave me quotes and Paramus blew them out of the water. Of course they have the normal give and take but Steve and his Manager were very reasonable. My friend and I bought a new car from him, with a great deal and have no regrets. i would recommend Steve to anyone else looking for a great hyundai.

I had good experience with the salesperson on this purchase and in my previous purchase with same salesperson. I initially had bad experience with paul paik as so i went to steve lee.
