Unhappy
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Hyundai. I already had a Hyundai Sonata and was called in for early lease termination. I was promised on the phone that all future oil changes AND services would be given to me for FREE and I would get a new Hyundai at the same price I was paying for my old car. When I got to the dealership and told them what I was told on the phone, they literally laughed in my face and told me the person I talked to on the phone lied to me and they couldn't give me what I was promised. I find this totally unacceptable and totally unprofessional. The only reason I leased another Sonata was because I was very happy with my first Sonata, but after thinking about what happened, I seriously doubt I will lease from Hyundai after this lease is up.

Eddie was extremely helpful, energetic, and friendly. He was thorough and made sure that my bluelink was working before I left the dealership and told me exactly what to do if I ended up having any trouble in the future.

Unprofessional
Spent five hours on a Saturday here looking to end my current Hyundai lease, and get a new lease. After hours of hour salesman Joe, helping us to find the right car for our budget, agreeing to a deal with the sales manager, and going to the finance room, we noticed nothing was mentioned in our contract about absolving the remaining $500 payments. When we told the sales manager he said he would not do that, so we walked out on the deal. Joe was a great salesman and I wish him continued success in the future. Unfortunately his team at Hyundai Paramus has not set him up for success. Make sure you read your financial papers with a fine tooth comb as they try to get over on you.

Unprofessional
The whole time I was at the dealership, I thought everything for my new Hyundai was being taken care of by my sales person, Steve. I was very excited to drive off with my new car, however little did I know I was driving an uninsured car. I purchased my car on a Saturday which meant that my car insurance offices were closed, however I ASSUMED that my sales person was going to get in touch with my insurance company's 24 hour hotline to insure my brand new car. When I was given the car, I was never told that I was leaving with an uninsured car which I believe is very UNPROFESSIONAL and could have gotten me into serious trouble. I found out about the matter when I got in touch with my insurance guy that Monday, which means I had been driving my uninsured car for the whole weekend. Honestly, I didn't have a pleasant experience and I could tell my sales person was only interested in making the quick commission and getting good reviews on the survey (he repeatedly kept pushing me to fill out the survey)
