Little skeptical walking in with salesman all staring at their phones, but once upstairs everything was alright. My salesman Iggi is the man! I could not appreciate how everything has been handled and would recommend him for his sales experience.

Many years of great service
We have leased and purchased cars from this dealership for many years. We have also serviced our cars here for the same amount of years and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and thorough. We were especially impressed with our salesman Iggy Barreto .We highly recommend this dealership as well as Iggy.

Simply outstanding !!!!!!!!
I bought a brand new 2016 Hyundai Tucson at Paramus Hyundai a few weeks ago and my buying experience there was superb! My salesperson Ignatious "Iggi" Barreto was knowledgeable and very friendly. He was not pushy or obnoxious. He was the opposite. He made me weigh the options and suggested the best possible car buying choice to me. So if you want to buy a car at Paramus Hyundai, then buy it through "Iggi." He is the best salesman you will ever find in any car dealership.

Ghost
I had questions and concerns regarding my new vehicle after I took it home. My dealer, James Velez was/is impossible to reach. He gave me his business card, I tried reaching out to him on all numbers provided, to no avail. I even tried the email address... Never replied. I called the dealership, Route 4 Paramus Hyundai, left 5 messages for him.. Not one call back. When my registration came in, he was with other customers. Another employee put the plates on my car. He didn't even take 2 minutes to come greet me or check to make sure I was being taken care of. While making a sale, he seems like he's very concerned about his customers and their satisfaction. Once the deal is done and he's made his sale, it seems like he cannot be bothered. Bad customer service.
