Delayed car in shop 6 days waiting on parts. Julian in quick lane and Cree in appointments were very professional and helpful made us feel comfortable

I appreciate being able to get my car serviced without an appointment, however the Quicklube or fast lane is not fast for an oil change. I came in a couple of times because I was told the wait was 45-60 minutes before they could get my car in the back & I'd be looking at about a 2 hour wait. On my 3rd visit I stayed because I didn't have a choice my light was on. I was there for about 1.5 hours for a oil change. I tried calling each time before my visit but no one answered the phone

I was told I had a. Problem with my steering arm and it needed to be corrected. The problem was corrected under the Extended policy I had on my car from Ford. I just made an appointment, brought my car in and got it corrected with no problems. All I had to pay was the deductible on my policy.

Both service people Eric the supervisor and mechanic Cody were both very helpful, both were very polite and got my car fix quickly. I will recommend Sutton service to everyone I know . Thanks you

Jillian and Curtis are excellent at what they do, but in my opinion your prices for the works is a RIP off. And without coupon from another dealer I would not bring my vehicles for any service

They make my car look fabulous. The exterior was nice and shiny the inside was wiped down and sparkling. I cant ask for a better service team. Thanks for terrific service!

We Had 2 of our 4 fords serviced at sutton and the service team continues to exceed our expectations. We had a laundry list of requests and they did everything and kept us informed the entire time so we made smart decisions about what to do now and what to defer. Both vehicles drive better and are clean.
