Excellence In Service

I contacted Sutton Ford and spoke with my Service Advisor, Melissa LeBran, on Tuesday and arrange for an appointment to replace my tires on my 2014 Ford Escape Titamium. I overslept and called to reschedule and I was able to get an appointment for that afternoon. Melissa has always provided me with exceptional care, professionalism, and courtesy. I drove away riding smoothly home and very satisfied.

Amazing service.

Always shows pride of service in their work

I have always extremely appreciated Sutton Ford for the excellent service and care and detail they provide with their service. I didn't like the extra cost of the Auto Butler when I first purchased my car, but I now fully understand and appreciate the pride Sutton takes in their cars and why they would insist the customer purchase the auto butler to maintain their vehicle at the best quality available.

Fast,efficient, and friendly

Jaime is by far the best. His knowledge and speed is second to none. He gives updates and a very spot on time frame. This is the only ford dealer to go to.

Awesome Service

Melissa and the Lincoln team are always 100% with service to customers. Very patient with my questions and also helping me understand the cost. I am very pleased with the service I received. Kudos to my favorite mechanic Brian, excellent work as always.

Make my door locks work again get rid of codes

I don't know what you did to my truck but its worse than when I bought it in .I have all these errors in system and my door locks and some lite and radio stays on when you cut the car off.i cut grass and I can't get my lawn mower in back because the door locks doesn't work anymore..Erik says make an appointment, I brought it in for a recall and your service department made it worse.

Young Adult First Time Purchase

Anita Sutton was friendly from the beginning! Our college age daughter was looking to make her first car purchase. Anita was helpful in aiding our daughter in reporting all income. Additionally, she was able to assist us with finding the perfect vehicle at a price that our daughter could afford. Although, the final paperwork was a bit time consuming, Anita stayed with us to the very end. She also installed the license plates and took snapshots of our daughter alongside her new vehicle!

Not satisfied

My car was drop off at my mother's house because I wasn't able to pick it up myself I had left going out of town. I took my car to have my air conditioner and automatic starter kit repaired on August 6 2019 they kept the car until August 16 2019 automatic starter still not working so far the air conditioner is working fine. I called to let them know. I was told to bring it back out there for a computer reset now mind you this is my third time bring it out there for the same thing. I am a unsatisfied customer.

Warranty repair

Delayed car in shop 6 days waiting on parts. Julian in quick lane and Cree in appointments were very professional and helpful made us feel comfortable
