Laura Gayle was very helpful. We were in the dealership inquiring about the small SUV for my mother. We were doing this without my mother's knowledge and were covering by asking about vans for me. Laura had to split her time between the two of us. She was able to provide quality information on the Sportage without letting on what the real reason for being there. She was a great sport.
