Terrible

Took my Kia in for service at 12:15. I should mention I bought the car new from this dealership. I also told them I wanted a courtesy clean. Fast forward three hours later. I left at a little after three with no clean. Well at least they changed the oil I think. The only reason I go here now is for car service. If there was a way I could avoid it I would. The sales dept. is terrible and the service dept is not much better. Stopped dealing with the sales dept. after I realized( after at least 4 attempts) that they were not interested in moving cars and helping customers, just maximizing the bucks for the sale. One star is too much!

They simply ignored the warranty. Stated it was not covered. KIA corporate called and informed them it was. The "Service Manager" tried to bully me into paying in cash around 2400.00 USD. KIA corporate saved me from these unethical people. Save yourself the grief. Buy your Vehicle online from a reputable dealer. And schedule maintenance in Richmond.
