Charles Archer was very helpful and as transparent as a friend. He treated us well, and his customer service was amazing. It was not about the sale to him but it was about the customer. I greatly appreciate him and I am very glad we chose to deal with him. He did everything he could to help us out and in the end we both win...Awesome customer service and maybe Kia can think about 2021/2022 sales person of the year!

Our second experience with Casey Kia as well as Mr....

Our second experience with Casey Kia as well as Mr. Johnnie Jordan, Jr and Mr. James Barnes, and equally as amazing as the first. We purchased a new vehicle for myself earlier this year and had such a great experience that when we needed a new car for my daughter they were the first that came to mind! My daughter was in an accident a few weeks ago and the car was totaled by the insurance company. When I reached out to Mr. Jordan, he was quick to respond and set up an appointment for the following day. When my daughter and I showed up to the dealership, Mr. Jordan greeted us and he immediately asked my daughter how she was after the accident. As expected, he was very caring and patient while we discussed what we were looking to purchase. He offered us some options and found the perfect car for my daughter. Mr. Barnes met with us to finalize the paperwork and he also shared that he was glad to hear that my daughter had no injuries from the accident. We were then on our way and my daughter could not be happier with her new car! I'm glad that she had the opportunity to witness the professionalism and care received from everyone we encountered at Casey Kia! Thank you, again, to Casey Kia, Mr. Johnnie Jordan, Jr. and Mr. Barnes! You will be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a new vehicle and we will definitely return with any future auto purchases for our family!
