I am comfortable & confident with the service department at CMA Colonial Honda. Crystal works with me to schedule the appointment at a time that's convenient for me. I had oil & filter changed, tires rotated and brake fluid flushed this week. I also asked for someone to examine the undercarriage for any damage. (I dragged some debris a week or so ago & couldn't see if there was any damage underneath.) The service person completed these tasks in a reasonable time. Crystal reported the results to me & answered my questions.
