I leased a 2025 Honda Prologue Elite electric vehicle

I leased a 2025 Honda Prologue Elite electric vehicle (EV) from CMA’s Colonial Honda, before the $7500 federal EV tax credits expired. This was my first EV and I feel this was the most confortable vehicle purchase I have ever had. The customer service was great with Augusta. She made me feel comfortable getting a new EV vehicle. I had to do a bit of back and forth with the Finance Manager but I left Happy. Overall Review I would refer my friends and family.

On 9/30/25 I leased a 2025 Honda Prologue Elite electric

On 9/30/25 I leased a 2025 Honda Prologue Elite electric vehicle (EV) from CMA’s Colonial Honda, which was the last day before the $7500 federal EV tax credits expired. I have purchased over 30 new cars/trucks/SUVs during my lifetime and feel this was one of the few superior (relaxing) experiences because of their friendly staff, huge selection, and competitive pricing. I began my search online looking for Honda Prologues that I wanted by comparing inventory within 100 miles & dealer advertised pricing. After I determined the configuration that I wanted (elite) I asked for an out-the-door (OTD) quote from four dealers. I settled on CMA’s Colonial Honda based on their in stock selection and “best” competitive pricing. As a large volume dealership they offered better pricing than even larger & smaller competitors within 100 miles. My first interaction was with Jeanette Kelley from their internet sales department to request an OTD quote. Working with her sales manager, Aaron Parsons, they provided the OTD quote as requested and we agreed on a final price. Since it was the best offer that I received & it was in stock, I decided to lease it from them. When I showed up Jeanette introduced me to Eddie Delgado, one of their veteran car salesmen. He introduced me to the exact vehicle at the exact price that I was quoted by Jeanette. Eddie offered me a test drive, helped with the initial paperwork, charged the EV, & provided a thorough introduction to my new Prologue. He took his time to introduce me to all the features, especially the charging system requirements. He explained the EV charger in home options and helped me setup my new apps. Adam Blake from their business office prepared and finalized the sales/leasing paperwork and carefully explained the lease pricing & terms. CMA’s Colonial Honda has been selling Hondas in Southern Chesterfield/Colonial Heights area for over 6 years. They have an outstanding reputation of providing a friendly, honest sales buying experience. No pressure. No old school tricks. No gimmicks. I will definitely buy my next Honda from them again in the future. Thank you Jeanette, Aaron, Eddie, & Adam for a great sales buying experience

Augusta made my recent car purchase a very pleasant

Augusta made my recent car purchase a very pleasant experience. She did everything she could to make sure I left a happy customer. She is a definite asset to CMA's Colonial Honda. I am a loyal customer as this was my 3rd car purchase at Colonial Honda. I also bring my vehicles to be serviced here.

What struck me about Chad in sales was his product

What struck me about Chad in sales was his product knowledge. This gave me confidence about his opinion when I asked him. Also, when I changed my mind, he took it in stride. Wendy in financing helped me make key decisions that eased my concerns.
