    On Friday, October 25th I contacted Colonial Honda because I was interested in locating a 4WD 2015 Honda Pilot. Judd (the salesperson) said they only had... a 2WD but that there was a 4WD available at their Colonial Chevy dealership and that he would have it brought over on Sunday. I didn't hear from him but followed up with a phone call around 1pm. He stated that he had indeed brought it over from the Chevy dealership. My wife and I drove to the Honda dealership to take a look at it. We liked the Pilot but when we started discussing the price, Greg (the manager) said that he was unsure how much negotiating space he had on the vehicle and asked if he could call us on Monday with a quote. He said we would get in touch with us around 11am since Monday mornings can be busy. We said that would be fine. We heard nothing from him and around 4pm I called Judd to get an update. He did not know what was going on but did call me around 6pm with some numbers. They seemed high but said that I would let him know first thing in the morning which I did. Around 8:30, prior to their opening I called to tell him we would take the car. Judd said he would let Greg know. About an hour later I received a phone call from Judd stating that the Pilot was sent back to the Chevy dealer and it sold overnight. I called the Chevy dealership and it, in fact, hadn't sold! I then went down to the Chevy dealership and the salesperson informed me it was indeed still for sale! The process of looking at the vehicle took about 15 minutes. We then sat down in his office to discuss price. At that point someone called him out of his office and magically the Pilot was now sold. This process is unexplainable. I can't figure out why they wouldn't sell to me. I am not alleging a discrimination suit but something was incredibly, remarkably wrong. Poor communication perhaps but definitely extremely poor customer service

    I purchased a 2017 Nissan Altima and this was the worst day of my life.... only had the car for 5 months (April 2019 i purchased) and it has been a problem... since, i have been here several times complaining about the same problems but of course they send me away saying everythung us fine, they cant find things wrong. So now im here today, my brakes are squeaking, my rotors are roaring, and my tires have wire popping through.... i would never refer this car dealership to anyone.

    I came in thinking I would not be successful in buying a car as I had been doing poorly in my car search prior to coming here. I was greeted by Louis Farley... , who has outstanding customer service as a salesman , he did his best to make sure I explored all of my options . Then I had the pleasure of working with Keith Adams , who really lives up to his nickname "The Credit Boss", he worked very hard and went out of his way to make sure that he could meet my needs with financing, his results were better than my expectations. I really had a great car buying experience with this dealership, be sure to go here when you are ready to purchase a car. ^_^

    Spent approx 3 to 4 hours here on Tuesday in pursuit of a used 2017 Ridgeline. I left here on Tuesday with a written and handshake deal, with the associate... and a manager, to buy the truck and pick it up Wednesday afternoon. When I showed to consumate the deal, my associate told me they would not honor the deal as written, they wanted another $2800 or so from me. Supposedly this was to "Certify" the used truck. Not the first problem I have had with this dealership, but most definitely the LAST.

    Just had repairs on my CRV. I can't say enough about the detail follow up and attention from Maranda Boyd. It is refreshing to know that there such professional... employees still attending to customer needs.

    We went to Colonial Honda to pick up my car where the remote key pad had broken. While there we decided to check out a new 2017 HONDA CRV. In 2007, we... purchased 2007 CRV’S-one for each of our 2 daughters and one for me as well. Since that time each of our daughters have purchased new Honda’s-one a 2016 CRV and the other a 2016 Honda Pilot. We have never been displeased with any area of service. The girls both purchased their cars from Walter, a 10year associate with Colonial. We could not be more pleased with his friendliness, helpfulness and the entire experience. I would highly recommend Colonial Honda to my dearest friend or family

    Walter Cooke and his associates went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase! I would recommend Colonial Honda to ANYONE!!!! 10... out 10 Customer Service Satisfication! If I could rate 20 I would :-) Not only was he extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I was in and out with a new car in no time!!!

    My husband and 3 daughters went out the day after Christmas in search of a car. My Honda Odyssey was totaled on November 29, 2015 and we had narrowed it... down to 2 vehicles - Santa Fe or Highlander. Walthall Center Drive is such a great place because you have the ability to see so many different cars in one area. We drove through Hyundai and then my husband saw a car he wanted to look at on the Colonial Honda lot. After getting out to look at the car, we were approached by Marlon. He was extremely nice and took the time to hear why were out, what we were searching for, and how much we wanted to spend. I explained to him that we weren't planning to look at Honda's but quite frankly needed to use the restroom so we would take a look around inside. I'm sure glad we did! Marlon was able to get us in a 2016 Honda Pilot for close to what we wanted to spend per month. The entire team did a fantastic job at making us comfortable, feeding my daughters, and even included more warranties. Marlon did a fantastic job at explaining everything and taking his time with us. Mike in the business department was wonderful as well! If you're considering purchasing a vehicle, definitely give them the opportunity!!

    I purchased a Honda Pilot from this Dealer. It was one of those times when you buy a car, and you are waiting for the stress of buying a car to give you... a headache. No headache! They were very helpful and professional, with outstanding Customer Service. Forget the Big City Dealers. Go here for your next car!
