Helpful in buying a new car.
The person who helped me, Esteban was very kind, organized, and very helpful. They helped me find what I was needing at a timely fashion with low prices. He showed us around the lot displaying any car that might interest us. They were overall very kind and helpful until I left the lot with my brand new car.

Best car shopping experience ever!
We had our vehicle totaled by a brief encounter with a deer coming home from Texas. The insurance took a while to decide whether or not to total it. Once it was written off we started our shopping of our retirement vehicle. Now we had to narrowed our choice down. Checked out the internet, TrueCar and (3) different car manufacturers. We decided on the Ford Explorer. I have always hated car shopping! Matt at Al Piemonte made it a real pleasure. No pressure, no rushing to make our decision and he made us totally at ease and made sure we saw the vehicle in the colors that we were thinking about. He went over the basic car and the upgrade in the XLT just in case we wanted added features. We decided on the basic since it had more upgrades on it than our original vehicle. The price we finally agreed upon was a great deal and better than what TrueCar was showing. Although we have just purchased the vehicle and only driven it on the test drive and the way home, not out today because of the heavy snow fall, we can't wait to take her on the road.

Great Experience
I was very nervous when I went to trade in my car because I have not had good experiences in the past. This was the first time I felt like a dealer listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions nicely. They totally made me feel at ease and did not pressure me to buy something I did not want. The whole team was amazing from beginning to end, especially Jason.

Great Service
The attention from service was terrific! They are the best. The work was done correctly and in less time than expected. We enjoyed delicious, home-cooked food in Al's Cafe. TV, magazines, and a view of the patio made the time go by quickly. Everyone was so helpful and courteous. Overall, a great experience.
