In & out in an hour and a half for vehicle inspection and oil change. Always left prior service with a clean vehicle. NO WASH this time. I was a little disappointed.

Service department was good and Cashier was good. I think you need to upgrade customer waiting area. compared to other dealers in the area. it was like I already have your money and now I am sticking you in a corner way from everyone site. This was hard to say because I like Selman Chevrolet

I came in to have my first scheduled maintenance on my New Malibu. I was greeted by a nice gentleman name, Alan Kipers. The place was extremely busy, but Alan walked right over to me to help. He told me that he would take care of my car and to go have a seat in the waiting room inside the dealership. He said he would come over to get me when the service was completed. Once my car was ready, Alan came right over to let me know. The maintenance took half the time it was scheduled to take which was great! I really appreciate Alan coming right over to assist me when I arrived and making my first experience for service at Selman a positive one. Thanks so much Alan!!!
