Love my 2017 Chevy Malibu Hybrid

Vince Eible was a wonderful salesman. He was able to complete the whole deal with out having to go back and forth between us and the manager. He made everything seem simple in buying a car. He was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to by a Chevy car.

Oil change

Normally I stop by on Monday or Tuesday and wait for an oil change, usually a couple hours which to me is fine with no appt.. One Tuesday I got there too late and it was recommended I make an appointment. I usually don't because I frequently get last-minute work calls which would cause me to have to cancel. This time I did make an appt. for 11am on Saturday Feb.11. I arrived at 10:50. At about 11:17 I was finally checked in. I said I needed the car by 12P. At 12:30 I was still waiting. About 12:37 the technician finally came and said my car was ready. I stated my dissatisfaction at having waited so long even with an appt. He told me that they only had 3 techs doing oil changes that Saturday - to me that's ridiculous because A) this service center is ALWAYS busy and B) this was a Saturday, when many people don't work and bring their cars in then. There are 3 drive-up service lanes - one should be designated for appointments only so that those people are checked in immediately.

VIP SERVICE

The professionalism of the staff is of the highest level. The wait is accurate and the estimate was just below the actual price. They have a courteous shuttle service. Oscar took great care of my Tahoe and of keeping me informed of the process .

Another good day at Selman...

I showed up at the appointment time, my Service Advisor, Gabe, spoke to me right away about the reason for the visit, he got the initial paperwork done quickly, arranged for a shuttle home, called me to report progress, then sent the shuttle for me when the repairs and services were done. Once again, thanks to Gabe for another 'no drama' day at Selman.
