Customer Feeling Valued!

Brian Lawless has been my Service Advisor for 10+ years. It is a pleasure for a Dealership the size of Shelor's to retain such a valuable Team Member and allow me as a customer the small-town dealership experience. Brian is always helpful and courteous.

Never again...

I bought my 2016 Chevrolet pickup about 8 months ago from Shelors. A little over a week ago notice a noise in transmission then truck would only move a few feet after starting it. Joe from service informed me it would need transmission and the power train was no longer under warranty, and that he would call GM to see if the could help me out, or if Shelors could, they sure did a WHOPPING $5,543.00. Joe you didn't try helping me,I've read some the reviews and Shelor's has help out alot of their customers even replaced the vehicle. I will never do business with Shelor's again. I also will turn my family and friends in another direction when wanting to buy a vehicle off of one of Shelor's lots. Joe you made this the worst experience ever management should give you a hold star.

Stacey was amazing, she got me in for an inspection and I was out in no time flat! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Recently Purchased Honda Passport.

Recently Purchased Honda Passport.....Salesperson was nice guy as well as the finance gent both were very friendly and easy to work with throughout the process. Now for the way they delivered the car it was not cleaned nor was it serviced appropriately. It was (1) low on antifreeze and (2) both air filters (engine and cabin) were filthy and should have been changed (which required me to purchase and replace). As an aside the valve stem covers were missing or non-matching (they did fix that before we took the car. There was no MAYBE above so I hit YES. BUT would caution buyers to make sure you inspect the vehicle thoroughly and be your own advocate don't take anything for granted.

Good dealership, great salesperson l

Josh was our salesman and he did a great job of working with us to get the full sized Silverado that we wanted. He was a very knowledgeable and personable young man and made our buying experience a very enjoyable one. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

HAPPY CUSTOMER

Best auto repair experience I have ever had at any dealership. All personnel were very professional in every way. Facility is the best. My Chevy Colorado was repaired for less time and money than they estimated. For sure I will buy my next truck there.

Outlander Sport

Our overall experience with Shelor was good. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Shelor. Our salesman, Jesse at the Chevrolet lot, was quick to find what we wanted and did not push anything we didn’t. They gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade with no hassle and worked with us well on the price of the vehicle we purchased. When it’s time to buy another we’ll definitely be back for purchase number 5.
