Great Service by Stacey in service center!

I purchased a Silverado from the Pulaski sight; later to find out there was some damage on the drivers door. I was sent to the Christiansburg Service Center where Stacey took charge and through the body shop had my vehicle repaired. She was very professional. Thanks!

Shelor is our “go to” dealership

Shelor is where we bought our 2020 Silverado and we have had it serviced there ever since. We have nothing but good things to say about Shelor’s service department. Joe has been our service writer and he has been a great advisor in helping us set up our truck for RV towing..

xxxxter Motor Mile

Highly deceiving as you’re met with friendly faces and services then stuck driving off with a broken vehicle. Just bought an overpriced 2016 Kia Sorento in March. Only put 3,000 miles on it myself and it has 54,000 miles on it total now. Met with Error Code:P1326 which is a common issue for Kia. Shelor Motor Mile who sold the vehicle to me was of no help and honestly rude when questioned how this can be resolved. Called Kia and they said this will be the THIRD vehicle in a months time from Shelor Motor Mile that has malfunctioned and we’re of much greater assistance. Cannot believe faulty vehicles can leave the lot at all. A true shame. Now to see if this is all out of pocket or warranty.

Brittany, we are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your vehicle but we want to clarify a few things in your statement. We sell vehicles that have more than a 14 day warranty, they range from full factory warranty, remaining factory warranty, 90 day, 14 day or AS-IS. It is completely up to the customer what vehicle they choose to purchase and that warranty is disclosed to them. Also, the customer has the option to extend the coverage at the time of purchase. When the service manager was made aware of the issue you were having, "lackluster" is far from how we would describe our response. She offered to pay to have your vehicle towed to us at no cost to you and also looked into what warranty you had and reached out to Kia to see if there were any warranty extensions. You turned down the vehicle being towed to us at no cost to you and said you would leave it at the other Kia service center. Left me and my baby strained on the highway

Just purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento at 51,993 miles. It currently has 54,000 miles and is now broke-down. Suspiciously enough Shelor only allows a 14 day warranty and when called and asked about how this could be resolved they were more than lackluster with assisting me in anyway. So I reached out to Kia and explained to them my issues as to which they’re kindly taking this seriously and looking into what they can do to reprimand the failure of Shelor for the betterment of my family’s safety. The cherry on top is the Kia dealership at the Old Forest Lynchburg location has said this is the 3rd vehicle in a months time that has come from the Christiansburg Shelor Motor Mile with engine troubles. So don’t be fooled by the smiling faces when you go to buy a car, question every aspect of that vehicle before you too receive a dud.

Great service, knowledgeable people

Ryan was not a high pressure sales person. He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient when dealing with me. He explained all steps in my purchase and often asked if I had any questions. Any questions I did have were answered with courtesy. My car purchase experience was pleasant and stress free!

Jack,the Service Tech did an excellent job. He was friendly and professional. He checked with me during the service, making sure I approved the repairs needed. My truck service was done at the time specified. Good job.

April 26, 2022 Service Review

Personable employees, detailed explanations, i.e. services needed and why,efficient service, courteous, hospitality, i.e. offering beverages, comfortable waiting area, wifi. Would change the music to instrumental, several people reading/studying. Country music is distracting,one area has television which might have been less distracting for comprehensive reading. The entire place is squeaky clean and well maintained. Kudos!
