loved the car! Not the repair service though
3 hours for oil change and Fuse replaced and never got told anything or asked anything by them during it all and drove my car before starting for nothing because the repairs needed had nothing to do with traveling. Didn't even check my account appointment status or info I gave them

BEWARE HAVE YOUR LAWYER READY!!!!
BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!! We used the Chevy Website to order new 22 inch wheels, tires, and the sensors that monitor air pressure and also paid for the install of those items. When they arrived I was in the hospital so my husband called to get SHELOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT to cancel the install appointment to refund ONLY the install and also told them he would be there within the hour to pick up our wheel and tire package. So he gets there and SHELOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT has refunded the ENTIRE ORDER so we had to buy the wheels, tires, and sensors all over again before the refund ever came back on our check card. Secondly we also ordered the performance exhaust package for the 2021 Tahoe at the same time as the wheels and tire package and the EXHAUST was on back order for about 4 months . So we waited for ever for the exhaust to come in finally got a TEXT (NO CALL) from SHELOR saying that the exhaust would be in so we made the appointment for the service department to put the EXHAUST on when the parts arrived. So I waited until THE DAY OF THE APPOITMENT and was told by SHELOR that the EXHAUST was not there even though they told us it WAS there and to make the appointment! . So I had to cancel that appointment and wait even longer. So a MONTH went by and finally got the exhaust in and made ANOTHER appointment. So this made the 3rd time I had to deal with the service department about the exhaust. We dropped the car off at 6:00AM and were called by 9:30AM saying they were pulling car into the garage and starting the install of the exhaust. 8 hours goes by no call no text so we had already drove an hour from our house to get there and pick the vehicle up before they closed assuming it was done. Go in to get the keys and the tell us that there was a problem and the exhaust didn't fit. Told us the box had been damaged with the exhaust in it and accepted it from shipping and tried to install it and didn't fit correctly because the box didn't have the correct parts in it. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT tried telling us that we ordered the wrong parts which we showed them all the receipts showing the correct parts that would fit the car exactly as it was a direct fit from the CHEVROLET MANUFACTURER! After we proved it was the correct parts they tried to tell us that since we didn't order our parts thru the SHELOR PARTS DEPARTMENT and ordered off of SHELORS CHEVY DIRECT WEBSITE that it wasn't there responsibility to help us because we didn't even purchase our vehicle from them. After calling CHEVY OURSELVES and getting a replacement exhaust shipped out to SHELOR PARTS DEPARTMENT with a rush status they called denying service and denied us to pick up our parts from the SHELOR PARTS DEPARTMENT that we have paid for and waited on for months! DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE!!!!! Save yourself the stress and hassle of having to get a lawyer to get the parts and service YOU paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR!!!!!!!

With regards to the wheels and tires, we apologized to the customer for misunderstanding and refunding the entire amount rather than just the labor. As the parts were were ordered online through GM and drop shipped to the dealership, there was a delay in getting everything corrected, but it was completed while the customer was here. The Tahoe has multiple exhausts that are available to fit the correct configuration of the vehicle and requires the VIN to ensure the correct fit. In this case, the customer selected the exhaust to order based on the year, make and model only. Unfortunately, the part the customer selected is not the correct part for their vehicle and is not applicable to this VIN. Our service department attempted contact at 4:32 PM, 5:26 PM and sent a text at 5:29 PM to let the customer know that the exhaust they had ordered online would not fit their vehicle. The customer can pick up their parts or we can request a full refund through GM which will allow them to complete their transaction with a different dealership. While the customer was in our service center, she spent 10-15 minutes verbally abusing our staff even though our staff was trying to help. After the customer finished berating our service managers, she continued to make inappropriate comments to the rest of our staff on her way out. At this time, based on the customers' behavior, we can no longer do business with them and suggest that they move forward with the full refund through GM and that they select a different service center to take care of their automotive needs.

I went to Shelor’s to buy my husband a truck as a surprise. I had a great experience with Kris Roop. The sales manager Josh Stoker picked out a truck for me to try. I loved it. We agreed on a price and I was more than excited! He wanted me to take the truck home and make sure it’s what my husband would want. My husband fell in love with it! Monday am I contacted Kris and told him I was coming to sign the papers. After driving from Vinton to christiansburg, I was told that the price was wrong for that truck. They coincidentally lost the agreement that I had signed. Donnie the sales manager would not make things right. I was always told to never buy from shelor and I should have listened. my husband was so upset that the surprise was no longer true and we basically had been stolen from. Worst experience of my life. I feel more than violated!!!

Hidden fees. They accepted my offer only to come back with hidden “fees”. Sales mgr is poor communicator. Listed price was $4999 but when I saw invoice it said $7999. Kbb high price was 4999. $7999 is made up price.
