Good service

I had an oil change and inspection done on our car. They were prompt, answered a couple of my questions and left the car clean. Will use again.

Brian is the best

Brian lawless is fabulous and a great help to old ladies. He is the reason I deal with Shelor. I have bought 2 outback’s because of his magnificent service and kindness

New Ford Exploerer

Fantastic Buying experience

Shelor and Ryan Wildman was fantastic . Ryan Wildman worked very hard to find us the 2022 Highlander Hybrid Platinum that was our dream Vehicle. Ryan was very responsive and we would highly recommend Shelor Motor Mile and Ryan Wildman

Terrible service

I bought my car from this dealership and was told I could get a remote start put on if I wanted to at any time. I just had to call and order the part and set up a date and time to put it on. So I did order the part and set up a time. The day of my appointment I had to be there at 8am, mind you live over an hour away from this dealership. When I get there they tell me my appointment isn’t till the next day. After arguing about this issue for 30 minutes they say they will go ahead and put it on. Then come to find out after 2 hours of waiting on them to put it on they come out and say that my car isn’t built to have the remote start put on and that they can’t do it. After two hours of waiting!! Needless to say I will not be back to this dealership. The service department and the parts department need to get their stuff together because there is no sense in these issues.

Brooke - After speaking to your mother yesterday, she understands the miscommunication that happened between two Part reference manuals and the person making the appointment. We have reached out to the manufacturer in hopes of getting the correct information and hopefully being able to have the remote start installed on your vehicle. We understand that a discrepancy on an appointment can feel like a long wait, but after verifying, the time from your initial check-in to a lane manager saying we would fit you into the schedule was about a minute. After 5 new car purchases at Shelor, last one..

After intial puchase, don't expect them to fight for their customer. Beware of them farming your warrantee work out to a company that isn't interested in guaranteeing their work. Not happy!

Unfortunately, the areas that are peeling now aren't in the same previous repaired areas. We take pride in helping our customers in every way possible but sometimes things are out of our control. Shelor Motor Mile is worth the hour’s drive.

I described Shelor Toyota as operating like a “well-oiled machine” before I left the dealership after buying the car. The car-buying process was organized efficiently but without that feeling of urgency/tension one feels at some dealers. Serious, professional, yet friendly and respectful: These words describe all the staff I met when my husband and I bought our (second) car from Shelor.
