Shelor Motor Mile

5000 mile service required tire rotation and multi-point service inspection. Service performed well however they failed to reset the "Maintenance Required" service reminder message. I had to refer to owner's manual to do it myself.

Hilda Miles was a great help in helping me find a car, so was Bowie Clift who was willing to keep in touch with me over a month or two while I was saving up my down payment to help me in my car search. Hilda, who I was working with to get my car financed, did a great job. She was even willing to stay over to get everything done and make sure I was satisfied! We love doing business with Shelors Toyota. When we decided to purchase a new car our plans were to buy a car from a local dealer. We live in Bluefield so we went to all the local car dealerships looking for just that right car. We found several vehicles we liked but decided to travel to Christiansburg and check out their inventory even though it was a two hour trip. We are so glad that we made the decision to go to Shelors.
