Repairs

Had a great experience buying my car, but was horribly disappointed when I went to get some minor repairs done. I waited for over 2 hours just for the quote which was over 500 dollars for replacing a latch and fixing another plastic piece that had broken. After deciding not to get anything fixed since the repairs were mainly cosmetic and all the parts would have to be ordered I was still charged $45 and had to wait another 25 minutes for them to bring my truck back out. I will never go back again and highly recommend going to a local repair shop. Such a waste of time and money.

Johnny Owens made buying my first car easy!!!

As someone who has never actually bought a car from a dealership, I figured they were all the same; Just a bunch of money hungry salespeople who want to sell you a car, and will tell you anything to get you to buy it. Johnny helped me not only get the best car I've ever had, but helped me realize that there are salespeople out there who do care about their customers. He not only gave me an assortment of choices but only showed me vehicles he knew I could afford. The customer service side of things was awesome, being a customer service supervisor I wish I could have shown my people how friendly and nice the salespeople were at Shelor (maybe they could have learned a few things). Everybody there was super friendly and inviting, I don't think I will ever go anywhere else to buy a car. I am beyond grateful that Johnny was the man that helped me!!! I will continue to buy all my cars from Johnny and Shelor!!!!

Car repair

When I initially set up an appointment for my repair I told the lady what was wrong with my car and stated I didn't want to drive an hour for the repair any Shelor not have the parts. When I arrived for the first appointment I was told the parts would have to be ordered and I needed to set up another appointment and prepay for the parts. I understand prepaying for the parts but why wasn't this handled earlier in the process. Once the parts were in the service was great.car repair

We apologize that you made a trip to have your vehicle serviced after stating when you made the appointment that you did not want to do so if parts had to be ordered. Unfortunately we can not anticipate all parts that will be required for a repair in all situations. We hope you will visit us again in the future for your vehicle repairs.

Probably the fastest turn around on trading and buying a car. I didn't have to spend the entire day at a dealership.
