We thought Toni was very nice and energetic. She addressed all our concerns. The worst part of buying a car is the "paperwork" but she and the gentleman at the business center made that part of the transaction very smooth and painless. Dwayne had great customer service skills anytime I called him he answered the phone and if he didnt have the answer for me he would call me right back with the answer and even called me a few days later just to make sure I was liking my car. Overall I give Mike and Dwayne 100% for helping me with my purchase of my Toyota Corolla and would recommended anyone looking for a car to them.

We were in the market for a used vehicle and had previously had such a great experience with Shelor when buying my husbands truck we went back to them to buy our GMC Yukon. They are exceptionally friendly and helpful when trying to find the right vehicle for you. They even had our vehicle delivered to my work the next day. We will surely go back to Shelor when the time comes for another vehicle.

Our salesman, Randy Hagler, was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. He even came to our house because I couldn't be there to sign the papers. He was friendly and courteous and just gave us the feeling that he wasn't only interested in selling a car; he wanted to make sure we were happy. Everyone should ask for him. As far as the truck goes, we are extremely pleased with it and the service that we received.
