Service was great!

Service was great! I made an appointment with Ashley for 10am but life was lifing so she rescheduled me 3x that day with no attitude and finally made it in around 3:30pm. Then I was helped by Marquell. Cool guy! He gave me a price I couldn’t afford at first so I was about to leave. He stopped me and said “Let me speak to my manager” they talked it over and gave me a price I couldn’t refuse! I really wanted a Dodge Challenger especially because Dodge aren’t making anymore high horsepower/gas powered vehicles in the Charger/Challenger line. I walked out very satisfied. Mission accomplished and a dream come true!

The service department is very frustrating.

The service department is very frustrating. We had a scheduled oil change on a Jeep that we leased. We showed up and it took 10-15 minutes to even be greeted. The service tech, David, wasn’t very friendly and asked my wife if she was staying or leaving several times. She asked why does it matter and he told her that if she left, they were going to put her at the back of the line and work in others in front. That is xx, especially since we had an appointment. He told her that if she stayed, it would only be an hour and if she left it would be at least 2 hours. She left and came back home and he called her an hour and 20 minutes later and asked if she was there because the car was ready. She laughingly said no but she’d be up there in a a few minutes. When she got there, he was very rude and confrontational. They didn’t give her a receipt showing what was done and she asked several times. They also didn’t replace the sticker in the window showing the mileage. Horrible experience!

Overall good dealership.

Overall good dealership. Had an initial issue with a brand new truck that eventually got resolved, however in order to do so I had to involve the GM. Service dept is pretty good, but I don’t understand why they don’t wash your car every time?? They literally have their own automated car wash and porters, but don’t make this a normal part of doing business. This is one of the little (easy) things that helps differentiate service at higher end dealerships.

Got a Jeep here it was a 2021 gladiator had a couple months started having the death wobble called service was told I had to talk with sales manager when I spoke with him he was giving me the runaround and was being really mouth with me said they would only pay for the check upbut like I said he was mouthier then anybody I’ve talked to. I have got probably have bought 12 or more cars from there and have been treated like this. Needless to say I will never buy any thing from there again.

Be cautious of this place.

Be cautious of this place. I bought my Jeep from here in Nov of 2023. They told me they needed to replace the hood attachment when I purchased the vehicle so they needed me to bring it back a week after buying it to replace the latch. I brought the vehicle back and they kept my car for an entire week. I finally get the car back to be told all they did was replace oil, fluids, etc and did nothing for the hood. I still get a message on my dash screen saying the hood latch isn’t proper. They refuse to fix it. Months later and the paint is peeling off my hood. I truly believe my hood was replaced with an after market hood that is cheap. These guys are not honest. They have good customer service but don’t let them fool you.

Know your warranty, know what you need worked on and go

Know your warranty, know what you need worked on and go in with knowledge and courage. Their business practice of having their customers pay for ‘diagnostic testing’ for ALL issues to the tune of $195 an issue is an unhealthy and unfair practice. This is basically telling their mechanics to either find a problem to earn their pay OR require this diagnostic testing for every vehicle to earn pay. This is absurd. This should be illegal. Hire mechanics with the skills needed to get in a vehicle and discern the issue using logic, knowledge and a sense of community. Root cause analysis can be found using the five whys (which are free) and analytical thinking. Requiring a series of $195 computer tests tells me the mechanics are not skilled. For the record, zip ties are not an accepted long term solution for any fix on a vehicle. Especially for $99. Print your warranty coverage, bring it with you to the dealership and make sure they read it. Friendly staff, handicapped by a subpar business model.
