Know your warranty, know what you need worked on and go
Know your warranty, know what you need worked on and go in with knowledge and courage. Their business practice of having their customers pay for ‘diagnostic testing’ for ALL issues to the tune of $195 an issue is an unhealthy and unfair practice. This is basically telling their mechanics to either find a problem to earn their pay OR require this diagnostic testing for every vehicle to earn pay. This is absurd. This should be illegal. Hire mechanics with the skills needed to get in a vehicle and discern the issue using logic, knowledge and a sense of community. Root cause analysis can be found using the five whys (which are free) and analytical thinking. Requiring a series of $195 computer tests tells me the mechanics are not skilled. For the record, zip ties are not an accepted long term solution for any fix on a vehicle. Especially for $99. Print your warranty coverage, bring it with you to the dealership and make sure they read it. Friendly staff, handicapped by a subpar business model.

Awful customer service for spending $3500.
Awful customer service for spending $3500. No ride to drop me off or pick me up. I had to bring a bike and ride home. No thank you from the service adviser on pick up. Just you owe $3500. The car is in the bay

My wife and I were very pleased with the service and
My wife and I were very pleased with the service and price of our preowned Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase at Stateline. We had one financial bank cituation that did not work the way the manager Sam thought it would and he wrote me a check that more than covered the differrence. Sam is a man of his word. He honored his promise. We were 100% satisfied. No hassels. We will be happy to shop there for our next Jeep.

The service department was very rude to my wife when she went to pick her car up telling her if u would’ve just replace the batteries like I said in the first place and that’s not the way u talk to a customer and didn’t even call warranty company to see if any of the work they did would be covered under warranty which I know it probably wouldn’t be but didn’t even call to see if it was very disappointing with the customer service and still couldn’t give us answers if the car was fixed or not and than tried to give us a long list of stuff that they know isn’t covered to get us to fix those thing so they can make money off the deal if I could give a zero for rating I would

Zero stars wasn’t an option.
Zero stars wasn’t an option. Just purchased a vehicle from this establishment. I was promised in writing that I would be getting “red brake calipers installed” on my vehicle. This is approved by the sales manager Brad Owers. I contacted the general manager David Dobrakta about the issue. He told me covers for the calipers I already have is what they could give me. There was no explanation as to why I wouldn’t be getting the product that I was promised in writing, just it would cost too much for them. I guess dishonesty is how this dealership chooses to make money. Having gone back and forth over a very black and white is very frustrating, and I would caution anybody to even step foot in this dealership. When I asked David for a contact above him, he plainly refused, leaving me stuck with a contract that they are not willing to honor. This just goes to show the lack of integrity in management that is running that dealership. It is mind blowing that a sales manager and then a general manager would allow this to happen. If there is anyone higher up with this company, please reach out.
