First service since purchased new from the same de

Loaner car provided, very happy with how I was treated. In and out quickly. Thank you Amanda. Truck was ready on time, but now washed. Up on request, they washed for me. Remember to ask for complimentary wash when drop off.

Service

Amanda in service was the best service rep I've had in my 45 years of owning a vehicle.. check out needs some worki pre paid and they weren't aware of it

First Time

This was my first time going to a dealership. The entire process from calling about the recall to getting the vehicle back did take several weeks. I won’t hold that against them though because I understand how busy they stay. All employees were respectful, professional, and smooth with every transition. I highly recommend them. Though expect a good sized bill it is a dealership afterall haha.

Buying new car

The sales person was very friendly and nice, took time to make sure I had what I wanted, they worked with me to get the best price for the new car and my trade in. The one I wanted actually belonged to their sister store and while the car was there they had to go to other store to get keys and we were left waiting for a good length of time, while they apologized and I do understand it has never took me that long to buy a car.

Rebecca was my service advisor she did a wonderful job. I didn’t feel the service dept as far as a diagnosis did a good job they wanted me to buy another car or put a new motor in.

Oil change, fuel filters and 4by4 service

David the sales person provided me al the information I needed and also the work done was fast and efficient plus they gave me the truck on time

Friendly and efficient service!

Rebecca and another young lady assisted me with a recall and rental. They were both extremely helpful and efficient! I had an 8:30 appointment and these ladies were moving...very impressive!

There was no record of my appointment when I arrived. I received a text confirming the appointment beforehand. It took 2.5 hours for Ann”Express” oil change?

Shopping for a new truck

Our overall shopping experience was really good. I got the price i wanted for my Chevy Silverado and ended up in the price range i was looking to pay. The detail work on the new longhorn I purchased was not good. They cleaned the dirt, but scratched the paint down the entire bed. I hope the follow up takes care of this issue.

Replaced headlights

Professional and courteous advisor. Very attentive to repairs needed. Excellent customer service and mechanic repairs. Work done in a timely manner and pricing for repairs within reason.
