Seamless process and everyone professional and helpful. Dave was very courteous and took the time to explain to both my husband and I the repair work required. the Hertz lady and the service rep and the cashier at the desk were super heloful

I brought my car in for a simple dealer task (PCM flash) for my new engine. They couldn't get the pcm I brought to work, so I spoke with a service manager and explained what I needed done. I said I would purchase a new pcm through the dealership if I couldn't source one on my own. They never responded to me when I called, they stole my diablo tuner, then towed my car to some Kannapolis as an owner abandonment without ever contacting me. I was notified my car was at an impound yard with a 350.00 tow fee and 600 dollars in storage fees. My project car had been ransacked and beaten up all around and was brought out on a fork lift. All this because they couldn't be bothered to say anything. They can contact me for service, or to buy a new car, but can't contact anyone.

Top Notch Customer Service
Went in looking at a used Mustang and ended up leaving in a new Challenger. James Johnson was an excellent salesman and went high above any salesman I've ever met. The finance department worked extremely hard to get us a price my wife was happy with which we both though would be unachievable. James took my wife to work cause she was running late so I could start the paperwork and he even took the papers back to her at work so she didn't have to come back. The customer service at this dealership was nothing short of phenomenal and they will have my business in the future.
