Battery change
I had my jeep towed in, originally the customer service was good by Amanda, she kept me informed, however when it came time to pick my car up, Amanda was off and nobody had a clue as to if my car was ready for pick up or not. I texted and called for 4 hours with no response, finally I went to the dealership and the confusion once I got there was surreal. Again no one could help me at first because Amanda was not there today, they had to ask the mechanic that worked on my car if it was ready. It was already done. It was so very frustrating. My wife bought a Jeep from here a few years ago and we had nothing but problems with the service at the dealership. I will try to avoid returning here as much as possible

Very disappointed
I took my car in for an airbag recall. My airbag light also happened to be on. I asked if they could also take a reading of my battery and alternator. They did the recall and took the readings. I had to ask to speak to someone to explain the readings. Once in my car I texted my rep because my airbag light was still on. At that point I was told it wouldn’t go off until another issue was fixed. I was not made aware that my car had any other issues when speaking to the rep prior to leaving. I asked the rep to call me and found out that my car had thrown 9 codes!!! But one of those was discussed with me before I left the dealership. Very disappointing!!! They will not get my return business.

My service advisor Rebecca was excellent. She went the extra mile for me. Had a repair done and she was able to get it done under warranty, even though my mileage was a couple thousand over.
