Great salesperson!

Oil change and tire rotation

Great Customer Service

I took my Chrysler 200 in for repairs and I'm very pleased with the overall service I received at the dealership. Amanda was my assigned service advisor. She provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. Amanda also provided timely updates and was very knowledgeable about the repairs being done on the car.

Very Happy with Hector

Excellent staff, prompt service. Hector was Very friendly and helpful, answering all questions. They fixed a recall without me to ask for, I was very pleased. I will be back.

Radio antenna

I had a damaged radio antenna and they were able to paint it to match my vehicle and replace it for less than other shops quoted for just replacing it.

Grateful and thankful with lots of prayers

I was introduced to Chadwick Cowans through a friend of a friend and with prayers and patience I was lead to call and made time to get assistance in search of a used car. Prayed with me encouraged me to stay faithful and strong and watched God do a beautiful blessed move before my eyes. My four children and I have been blessed with our very own 3rd row spacious SUV. Great Dealership

My wife and I went to Stateline to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jonathan was our sales agent. He was so professional, charismatic and polite. Pierre assisted and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk too and work with. We would definitely go back next time we’re in the market for another Jeep. We had gone to Hendrick in Concord NC first and we ended up with a better deal at Stateline.
