Very professional I highly recommend

I took my Jeep in because it was having problems no other mechanics could figure out, they quickly diagnosed it and repaired and got me back on the road.

First 500 repair

I was very happy with the timely fashion in which my car was repaired especially since it was a holiday. My car was in and out in one day.

Check engine light diagnostics and repairs

Hector was my service rep. He listens and works well with me, the mechanics and management to keep my Jeep Grand Cherokee running smoothly. Thanks and Happy New Year. I haven’t bought a new car since 2013 and my experience at StateLine was much better than anywhere else.

Great experience

We just bought a new Jeep Wrangler from here. Our salesman Chris was great throughout the process!! He stayed in touch throughout the process. He was very personable and kind also. Highly recommend working with him!!

Stateline FAMILY

We began our Jeep search online and thought we knew exactly what we wanted. My family and I decided, after seeing such a huge selection online, to visit Stateline to see what our options were. After a previous bad experience while car shopping, I was not looking forward to this process at all. Chris came out and greeted us and let us know up front that he was there to answer any questions we had and never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable. We left with a better knowledge of what we wanted and continued to research. We went back and purchased our new Jeep Wrangler JL tonight and couldn’t be happier with our decision to let Chris help us. He earned our business with his honesty and hard work!

2021 Ram 1500

Only issue we had was that we had originally requested to have a vehicle that was listed on their website but located at a sister dealership brought to their location to test drive. When we arrived at our scheduled appointment, the vehicle had not been transferred and they never let us know. Of course they had other similar trucks that they were willing to show us and test drive instead (other dealership where the one we were interested in was 3 hours away) all priced slightly higher. In the end, we got one of those other trucks at the price we were planning to spend on the first truck. Got a better equipped truck for what I was willing to pay for a lesser equipped vehicle. Minus the back and forth to get them to that price, everything else was great, just have to be willing to stick to your price point.

replacing fuel pump

Bought a brand new Ram 3500 put almost 2500 miles give or take a few but none the less the day before Thanksgiving pulled into Best Buy and notice truck was idling funny so I ran the rpms up to about 3k and let off gas to let it idle down and it idled down and cut off and wouldn't start back...Had it towed to stateline and they called me the following day and said the upper fuel pump had went out and it was going to take a couple weeks to get parts and that was being expedited which totally blew my mind considering I went on the Mopar app and looked the part up and they said it was a little over 6k dollars and that they could deliver in a week's time without expediting it... so I contacted anybody I could that would answer the phone and not send me to voicemail...they totally ignored message after message and would call after I would leave about 10 messages or more and had excuse after excuse...got truck back on x-mas eve day and it has ran fine..but as a whole it wasn't because of covid or them having a covid outbreak at dealership which was one of there excuses...it all came down to it was warranty work and they were not going to make any money off the repairs or parts so they just kept pushing me back to the back of line because they wanted money.. well I use my truck for work and I want money to to pay my payments to them and others but they didn't want to hear that when they wanted there truck payment and it had been sitting in there lot for a month and a half...just bad experience all around and I wish I had not got mixed up with this dealership...guess I learned a lesson and it cost me along the way!!!
