Great time!

Great service from everyone we met, especially Chad, Chris, and Sam! Didn’t feel uncomfortable at any time and they made the buying process as quick and comfortable as possible!

Great service always.

Clean and spacious seating area. Staff is always friendly and professional. I’m always pleased with the service. Most times I’m out sooner than estimated. Would recommend any time.

I was a walk-in to have my oil changed and tires.

They are the best. They keep intouch with you every step of the way. Definitely recommend them. We use them for all our maintenance and repair needs.

Good service with Hector

Hector was helpful and open about the costs and needs for my car. I have always had great service with Stateline for my Wrangler. I bought it there and take my Jeep there for all repairs.

Emergency Jeep repair

This dealership has repaired every Jeep I’ve owned. Amanda is hands down the best representative I’ve ever met. Needed to drive to Orlando the same day I had repairs and once she found out she worked hard making it happen before lunchtime

Service

The facility is nice and clean. We bought my Jeep there a little over a year ago and have had it serviced 3 times. This past time their oil line froze due to the temperature. We waited over 2 1/2 hours for it to be completed and received no apology or discount offered. It wasn’t even addressed when checking out or upon speaking with the gentleman who came to explain what had been done to the jeep.

Vehicle Purchase

I have been twice to the dealership with in a year. I got the best experience ever. I walked into the dealership the first time and the gentleman that scheduled my first appt was unable to help me. Then a gentleman by the name of Chance Williams offered to take over and assist us. He is one of the best salesman I have ever experienced with. Chance not once denied helping us. He has made our experience in buying a car so easy and enjoyable. I would recommend Chance to anyone that goes in. Best experience ever with rhe purchases of 2 vehicles n less than a year.

Excellent service with Chad at Stateline

Did exactly as I asked. Did not waste my time. Organized. Had vehicle and paperwork ready for me on arrival. Price was exactly as I was told as was my trade value. Great place for you to buy your new Dodge.
